Greetings from the INTERNATIONAL MUSIC CAMP! Please fill out the following form to the best of your knowledge.
Remember - Students enrolling in Sessions 1-6 may only enroll in ONE Program per Session!

Session 7 ADULTS: Please put "N/A" in the SCHOOL blank, and please put "1" in the GRADE drop-down.

Remember to include which Instrument (if applicable) you or your student will be participating with while at IMC!

Students are able to take 1 or 2 SETS of private lessons while at camp. Each SET contains 2 half-hour private lessons. Piano and Piano/Organ students are able to take ONLY 1 extra SET of lessons, as one SET comes with the program.
Lessons are only offered to students in MUSIC programs!

Once you press submit your registration will be sent directly to the International Music Camp. Registrations will NOT be processed without a form of payment made. If no payment is made, students spots at camp will NOT be reserved, and programs may fill up. Please call the IMC Office as soon as possible if the Payment screen does not work. (701) 838-8472

If your student is receiving a full scholarship to attend camp, please contact the IMC office after submitting the registration to let the office staff know about the scholarship. Registrations may not be processed if the IMC staff does not know about a Scholarship.

*A deposit of $100.00 USD is required for each week registered (unless the student is receiving a full scholarship). Registrations will NOT be processed without a deposit or proof of scholarship. Some Programs or Sessions will fill before the May 1, 2015 Early Bird Deadline. Deposits will be refunded for sessions that have filled prior to your registration.*

IMPORTANT CANCELLATION INFORMATION: Students canceling before May, 15 will be refunded all but a $25.00 processing fee. Students canceling after May 15, but before their session begins, will be refunded all but the $100 deposit. Students who receive a full scholarship and cancel their registration will still be responsible for the $25.00 processing fee before May 15, or the $100.00 deposit after May 15. NO REFUNDS will be made once a session has begun. A canceled registration deposit may be transferred to a student not already registered.
